I made this one a few months ago but since it's in stores just now I didn't have permission to publish before. Anyway, this is an illustration for a scratch ticket (lottery). It contains 30 skratch items, one for each day of april (our month of queens day, that's why it's orange...us Dutch are insane, as you might know). Editorial illustration for an article about nightmares in 'Algemeen Dagblad' (Dutch newspaper). I also posted the WIP.

New illustrations for articles about children's rights (In Holland 'kids' under 18 can be judged through adult law in severe situations. What defines 'severe' is a grey area.) and for an article about privacy in modern society.

Tribute to a madman

Here's another one in the caricature series, be it more subtile. Heath 'joker' Ledger made a big impression on me. I tried to capture the essence with his eyes and the maniac with his mouth.

My wife, seeing Angelina Jolie on tv, said to me; "Even when she's being filmed on the street by some paparazzo she looks gorgeous".
So than I thought; "Aha! But what if she was caricaturised by some illustrator!?" ...you tell me.
