illustrationfriday 's new topic is hats; Now would you believe I just made a book cover that has 'hats' as it's basic concept? I had to make a cover for the book 'dreaming about europe' so I gave all the europeans a silly monument-hat :) Fun huh?

Here's some illustrations for the new book I've been working on; A house full of animals. It was a lot of fun and hard work.

Outdoor sketch, really relaxed in 2 hours, 4b pencil, really nice late summer sunlight. It's a place near my house, a lane of very old trees that lead to a horse-farm.
